1. What we collect

The categories below reflect what the application actually stores today:

  • Account — email, username, gamertag, date of birth, and (where provided) state of residence.
  • Linked identity — Discord account id and avatar, if you sign in with Discord.
  • Gameplay — challenges, results, scores, evidence you upload, dispute messages, and win/loss record.
  • Financial — Bit purchases and withdrawal requests. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Integrity — risk signals used to detect cheating, multi-accounting, and fraud.

2. Why we use it

To run your account and challenges, to process purchases and withdrawals, to detect fraud and cheating, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to support you when you contact us.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe (payments and payouts), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). We share with law enforcement or regulators where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by financial and tax recordkeeping rules. Confirm the exact retention periods with counsel before launch.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to support@chalkedgg.com. Residents of some states have additional rights. The specific state-law disclosures required of you depend on where you operate and must be drafted by counsel.

6. Security

Access to production data is restricted, payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, and database access is governed by row-level security. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at support@chalkedgg.com if you find a problem.

7. Children

ChalkedGG is not for anyone under 18. We verify date of birth at signup and delete accounts found to belong to minors.
