Terms of Service
Draft — last updated 29 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of ChalkedGG. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and located in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted. You may hold one account. You may not use ChalkedGG if your account has previously been terminated for fraud, cheating, or chargeback abuse.
3. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@chalkedgg.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Bits
Bits are platform credits used to enter ChalkedGG challenges and track eligible withdrawal value. Bits are not legal tender, are not a deposit account, and may be used only as permitted by ChalkedGG. Unless and until a withdrawal is approved and paid, Bits remain a platform balance subject to these Terms and applicable account restrictions.
Purchase is never required to obtain Bits or to participate. We may adjust, withhold, or reverse a balance where it results from error, fraud, chargeback, cheating, abusive activity, or a violation of these Terms.
5. Free Bit methods
The current free earning methods available in the app include:
- Daily login: 5 Bits for signing in once per day.
- Post a challenge: 10 Bits for creating a new challenge.
- Accept a challenge: 10 Bits for joining another player or team's challenge.
- Submit a result: 15 Bits for reporting a winning score.
- Confirm a result: 15 Bits for confirming an opponent's reported result.
- Referral milestones: 25 Bits for recruiting 1 friend, 100 Bits for 5 friends, and 250 Bits for 10 friends.
We may add, remove, pause, or modify quests, referral rewards, promotional rewards, and earning limits at any time to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with applicable law.
6. Optional purchases
Users may optionally purchase Bit packs through Stripe when checkout is available. Current packs are 500 Bits, 1,000 Bits, 2,500 Bits, 5,000 Bits, 10,000 Bits. The current displayed purchase and withdrawal rate is 1 Bit = $0.01 USD. Payment confirmation may take a short time to appear in a user's balance.
A purchase does not guarantee any challenge result, does not improve a user's chance of winning, and is not required to earn Bits or use free participation methods.
7. Challenges and results
Challenges are contests of skill. You agree to follow the challenge terms, game rules, platform rules, and match setup requirements shown in the app. You also agree to report results honestly, to submit genuine evidence when asked, and to accept the outcome of moderator review.
When a challenge is posted or accepted, the required Bit amount may be held in escrow while the challenge is pending, active, or awaiting result confirmation. After a result is submitted and confirmed, the Bits held for that challenge may be distributed according to the confirmed result. If a challenge is canceled, expires, or cannot be completed, we may return escrowed Bits as appropriate.
8. Withdrawals
Eligible users may request withdrawals of requestable Bits when their requestable balance meets the current minimum withdrawal threshold of 5,000 Bits. At the current displayed rate, 5,000 Bits equals $50.00 USD and 1 Bit equals $0.01 USD in withdrawal value.
Withdrawals require Stripe Connect payout setup and may be subject to identity verification, payment-provider review, fraud screening, tax-reporting obligations, account standing checks, and other compliance requirements. Pending and approved withdrawal requests may reserve the requested Bits while review is in progress. Approved payouts are sent after the 72-hour review window when payout details are complete and Stripe permits the transfer.
We may reject, cancel, delay, or adjust a withdrawal request if the account is ineligible, the balance is not requestable, the request appears fraudulent or abusive, payment details are incomplete, a dispute is open, or applicable law or provider rules require additional review.
9. Taxes
Users are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or other government charges that may arise from receiving payouts or other benefits through ChalkedGG. We may request additional information or issue tax forms when required.
10. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the platform to launder funds, to evade jurisdictional restrictions, to harass other users, to scrape or overload the service, or to circumvent any technical limit including rate limits and eligibility checks.
Prohibited activity also includes multiple account abuse, referral abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized software, submitting false proof, collusion, win trading, account sharing, smurfing, match fixing, or manipulating challenge results.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, and withhold an associated balance pending investigation, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken. Where a balance is withheld you will be told why and given a route to respond.
We may also cancel challenges, void results, reverse transactions, withhold withdrawals, remove Bits, or take other corrective action when necessary to protect users, comply with applicable law, satisfy payment-provider requirements, or preserve platform integrity.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChalkedGG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for unavailable services, network failures, game-platform outages, payment delays, incorrect user-submitted information, unauthorized account access caused by user conduct, or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Legal disputes
This section requires legal review before launch. Governing law, venue, arbitration, and any class-action waiver must be drafted by counsel for the states in which you intend to operate.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
We may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any challenge, promotion, Bit earning method, withdrawal feature, rule, or feature if fraud, technical issues, legal concerns, payment-provider requirements, operational needs, or other factors impair the integrity or administration of the platform.
